The PRE/POST-TREATMENT is designed to prep you before an in-clinic treatment, or after to prolong the treatment’s benefits.

  • Avoid anti-inflammatories 3 days before your appointment.
  • No alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Drink lots of fluids and have a small meal/snack before your appointment.
  • Do not wear makeup to your appointment.
  • Botox/Dysport is not safe if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • No Retin-A for 2 days before and 2 days after your treatment.
  • Schedule your appointment 2 weeks before a special event.
  • Reschedule if you have a rash, blemish, or cold sore near the injection site.
  • Botox/Dysport is not safe if you have been diagnosed with a neuromuscular or neuropathic disease.
  • Avoid taking garlic, ginkgo biloba, vitamin E & omega supplements for 48hrs.
  • Do not touch or rub the injected areas for 24 hours.
  • Do not apply makeup to the treated areas for 24 hours.
  • Remain upright (do not lie down); try not to bend over for 4 hours.
  • Refrain from strenuous physical exertion (e.g. running) for 24 hours.
  • Do not wear hats for 72 hours.
  • Avoid heat for 24 hours.
  • No alcohol for 24 hours.
  • No anti-inflammatories (e.g. Advil, Motrin, Aleve) or garlic, ginkgo biloba, Vitamin E, omega supplements for 48 hours.
  • No facials for 1 week.

Results may begin to appear within 3-7 days after treatment, with full effects typically achieved by 14 days. It is normal to feel tightness or a headache within the first 2 weeks; you can take Tylenol as needed.  The duration of the first treatment typically lasts 3 months, with results potentially improving with repeated treatments at 3 month intervals.

  • Avoid retinol &  vitamin c 48 hrs post prodedure.
  • Avoid anti-inflammatories for 48 hrs.
  • Resume normal/gentle skincare regimen in 48 hours.


Treatment timeline: A minimum of 3-4 treatments are needed for optimal results, with 1-2 annual maintenance treatments recommended. Healing time varies, with tightness, redness, and swelling usually dissipating within 3 days. Most clients can return to normal routines within 1-2 days, and skin should fully heal within one week.

  • Resume using hair products after 24 hours (e.g., Rogaine; stop if stinging occurs to avoid irritation).
  • Avoid strong sunlight for 48 hours.
  • Do not take any medications after your injection unless instructed by your doctor.
  • No strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
  • Avoid consuming alcohol for 1 week.

Treatment timeline: Three treatments spaced 3-4 weeks apart are recommended, with annual maintenance after the initial round. Additional treatments may be necessary depending on individual response. Full results take 6-8 months.

  • Avoid waxing, bleaching, tweezing, or using hair removal cream on the area to be treated for at least 3 days before the procedure.
  • Do not rub the treated area.
  • Avoid hot showers 24hrs.
  • Avoid facials or activities that may move the filler to unintended areas.
  • Do not sleep directly on the treated area for 72 hours.
  • No anti-inflammatories for 48 hours.
  • No makeup for 24 hours.
  • No dentist appointments for 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after treatment.
  • For lip filler, avoid straws, water bottles, vapes, and physical activities that might manipulate the filler for 2 weeks.
  • Avoid repetitive use of vapes and straws to reduce the risk of filler migration.
  • Do not drink hot beverages for 2-3 hours after lip filler treatment (lips may still be numb).
  • No laser therapy, chemical peels, microneedling, IPL, or dermabrasion in the treatment area for 4 weeks.
